Who we are
We’re Vaishnavi and Karthick, a husband and wife team in Sydney, Australia. We care about two things: good food, and feeling good in your body.
Vaishnavi in the kitchen
Vaishnavi is the one in the kitchen. She grew up learning the basics and now cooks the way most home cooks do: smell, taste, tweak, repeat. She doesn’t follow strict recipes, but she is picky about one thing, the plate has to feel balanced. Not diet-food. Not healthy but sad. Just food that is full of flavour and still makes you feel good after.
Why this started
Karthick is the reason this space became serious. After years of chronic acidity, doctor visits, and too many medications, what helped wasn’t a new medicine. It was changing the way they ate. They started paying attention to what triggered flare ups, what calmed things down, and what actually worked for his body. That season changed how they look at food. It’s not just fuel. It’s information. And when used well, it can genuinely help.
Karthick and movement
Outside the kitchen, Karthick is the movement person. Gym since college, on and off but never truly off. He likes a hard leg day, a long walk, a hike, badminton with friends, anything that gets the body moving. His approach is simple: you don’t need to be an athlete. You just need to keep showing up.
What you’ll find here
This space is where it all comes together: meal plans they actually use, recipes that fit into weekday life, and little reads on food, routines, movement, and the bits in between. Over time, they’ll also open up 1:1 consults, but the heart of it stays the same: simple things that add up.
